Who notices
faucets?
Legacy Brass fittings provide the refined
level of detail that makes a home memorable.
At first glance you notice the elegance of
Legacy designs. Closer examination reveals
our superior finishes - over 30 to choose
from. It's okay to touch them. Legacy
products are easily maintained with common
household polishing products and a soft
cloth. Touch them you should. One of the
chief joys of owning Legacy Brass faucets is
using them, and experiencing the smooth,
seamless operation of our ceramic disc
cartridges. Think no one notices faucets?
Maybe you've had the wrong faucets...
It's like having
your own factory...
Our Products are available exclusively
through finer decorative plumbing and
hardware showrooms. This is our way of
insuring that you get the design assistance
and guidance you deserve when upgrading your
home with fine fittings. Showroom personnel
have access to samples of our many styles,
and finish boards displaying other color
choices. Choose something you see there, or
design your own perfect faucet by combining
finishes and components from our
comprehensive catalog - it's like having
your own factory. Once you select your
Legacy Brass products, we put our factory to
work for you. Every order is custom made in
our California facility, carefully inspected
by our quality assurance team, then hand
packed and shipped in a timely manner.
Estimates on shipping times are available
when you place your order.
Who's responsible
for all this?
Legacy Brass employees take pride in
their company, and in their work. All
employees are cross-trained in several
areas. This gives them a better
understanding of our entire process, and
ensures smoother operations. Because our
employees not only know what to do, they
know why to do it. Our factory team learns
assembly, quality control, product testing,
packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Our customer service staff has showroom and
design experience, as well as technical
knowledge. Our management team is very clear
about one thing: the customer comes first.
Legacy Brass is a true family business -
or, more exactly, an extended family
business. Because not only is it
family-owned and operated, the majority of
our employees have other family members
employed here too. We like to think that's
because it's a good place to work. People
that like what they're doing, tend to do it
well.
Don't worry, be
happy...
A word about warranties. Most Legacy
Brass products come with a lifetime
warranty. If problems occur, we'll be there. |
